Thanks Mats! I can't help but tweak every pattern I tie until I'm happy with it.... those Gamakatsu crippled emerger hooks are going to be perfect. The dubbing was actually alpaca fur. My mom does a lot of felting and arts and crafts... she can keep me well supplied with most wools in any color if the rainbow... I wonder if alpaca fur floats as well as a muskrat or camel.??? Thanks for stopping by... PS. Everywhere I went Saturday was sold out of those size 30 hooks. Oh well. I always keep an eye open for stuff like that.
